What is Atlas moth



Attacus atlas, the atlas moth, is a large saturniid moth endemic to the forests of Asia. The species was first described by Carl Linnaeus in his 1758 10th edition of Systema Naturae. The special fact is that its wings sees like a snake they help it to survive from predators.
